Runaway Bond metal print by Cora Marshall.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. BOND 1774
ADVERTISEMENT: Run-away from the subscriber of Canaan, in Litchfield County, a Negro man named BOND, about 27 Years old, 6 feet high, well fett* , one of his upper Fore Teeth broke out, this Country born, had on a homespun, Butternut Colour’d jacket, speaks good English, but has a small impediment in his speech. Took a considerable sum of Money with him. Whoever will take up said Negro, and return him to his Master, or secure him so that her may have him again, shall have Five Dollars reward, and all necessary Charges paid by
Timothy Hurlburt
All masters of Vessels are forbid to transport said Negro, as they will answer it at their Peril.

Cora Marshall

Cora Marshall, born in Washington, DC, received her B.F.A. from Howard University; Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education with Parsons School of Design; and her doctorate in art from New York University. Dr. Marshall, Professor Emeritus, served as chairperson of the Department of Art at Central Connecticut State University 2006 - 2012. Marshall has exhibited both internationally and nationally including National Conference of Artists; Kumasi, Ghana; A.I.R.
