Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

The THREE WISE MONKEYS
See no evil. Hear no evil. Speak no evil. The legend originated in Japan, where this advice has been given since the 16th century and it is used seriously to teach prudence and purity. Also, I chose to use the dream catcher as a symbol. It is commonly believed that the iconic hoop-and-web form is meant to protect sleepers from bad dreams by “catching” them. Good dreams pass through and travel down the feather. In these unique artworks, the dream catchers are filtering out negative thoughts, words and deeds and keeping the positive ones.
Cora Marshall, born in Washington, DC, received her B.F.A. from Howard University; Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College of Education with Parsons School of Design; and her doctorate in art from New York University. Dr. Marshall, Professor Emeritus, served as chairperson of the Department of Art at Central Connecticut State University 2006 - 2012. Marshall has exhibited both internationally and nationally including National Conference of Artists; Kumasi, Ghana; A.I.R. Gallery NYC; Skylight Restoration Gallery in Brooklyn; Hammonds House Gallery in Atlanta; Pittsburgh Center for the Arts; Craftery Gallery, in Hartford; the Rosenburg Gallery at NYU; and Picture That, LLC, Stamford, CT with multiple venues.
